FACE General Course Policies

1. Enrollment and Registration:

  • All participants must complete the registration process to enroll in their in-person or online course.
  • Enrollment is open to all adults interested in Principle Approach® education, though some courses may be geared toward teachers and school administrators.

2. Course Access:

  • Participants will be granted access to course materials upon successful enrollment.
  • Course materials, including lectures, readings, and assignments, will be accessible 24/7 for the duration of the course.
  • All course material that students are granted access to are meant for that student only and are not to be shared with others.

3. Participation and Engagement:

  • Active participation is encouraged through any discussions, forums, and collaborative activities.
  • Participants are expected to engage respectfully with instructors and fellow learners, fostering a positive learning community.

4. Communication:

  • Regular communication will occur through the course platform, email, and other designated channels.
  • Instructors will respond to participant inquiries in a timely manner, providing necessary support and clarification.

5. Assignments and Assessments:

  • Participants are responsible for completing assignments by any specified due dates.
  • Feedback will be provided to facilitate learning and improvement.

6. Attendance and Punctuality:

  • While some courses are self-paced or asynchronous, participants are encouraged to maintain a consistent study schedule.
  • Extensions for assignments may be considered with prior instructor approval for valid reasons.

7. Technology Requirements:

  • Participants must have access to a reliable internet connection and the necessary technology (see your course details/syllabus) to engage in online activities.
  • Familiarity with the course platform and software used is essential.
